1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Prix Net Réel website, published by EVITEC LUX SARL-S.

2. Free service

The quick tests, the full calculation, the comparison of your calculations, the PDF and the guides are free and require no sign-up. Your calculations are stored in your browser, on your device. Nothing is sold on the site for the time being.

3. AI assistant (private test)

During the test, the AI assistant can only be accessed with a personal access code provided by the publisher, within the limit of the number of questions per month shown in the assistant. The code must not be shared; the publisher may deactivate it at any time. The assistant asks the questions and has the engine do the calculations; its answers may contain errors: check every figure in the full calculation.

4. Results

The calculations are based on the data you enter or give to the assistant. You alone decide on your prices. The publisher cannot be held liable for any decision made on the basis of a simulation.
